Because I wrote this from my own experience, these tips were meant for people in quarantine with access to their whole home. This usually presents major advantages over people confined to a single room.

In Addition:
Keep a routine. It's important to keep every day distinct from the last, and the best way to do that is through a regimented routine, just like you would have any other day. Set your alarm for a reasonable time (sure, you can get an extra 30 minutes in bed), make sure you've set your morning tasks the night before, and sit down AT A DESK or TABLE to "start your day".
Set Up Your Space: If you don't already have a work desk or home office, set one up immediately. Treat your days like you're at 'the office' - with a real chair, and a real work surface. Do not fall into "working from home on the sofa" - it's bad for your morale, your productivity, and your back. Took me a couple of days to figure this one out.
Keep your apartment tidy - make your bed, do the dishes. Spending two weeks in a messy, dirty, or cluttered home will be bad for your spirits. It's also a handy activity to get you moving about the house and off screens. Music and dancing always helps.
Keep a journal. When you're alone for 2 weeks, you've got to figure out a way to externalize your thoughts, otherwise you'll go batty. I used my Twitter account (which no one really notices) to evacuate random thoughts from my brain and spew them into the ether.
I also keep a journal to log my habits and goals. I use it as a daily journal to make sure I'm keeping healthy habits, setting goals for myself, tracking my mood (every day gets a representative emoji), monitoring my media consumption, and ensuring I'm eating properly. And as a journal to keep my thoughts (it's hard not seeing another human for 14 days, you gotta externalize those thoughts!)
I actually have a whole master template for Quarantine, including the Journal, a running list of needs, by category (in case a friend offers to help), and an overall accounting of my general Quarantine Goals and Projects.
Mental health! Make sure to spend a few hours a day off of screens (especially in the middle and end of the day). Your eyes and your brain need the break more than you realize. I found puzzles, books, crosswords, household chores, artmaking, audiobooks/music/podcasts, and exercise to be great non-screen options. I aim for 3 hours a day (which I hit if we're counting verrrryyy generously), and I include phone calls and cleaning in that time (I'll usually do a puzzle or some tidying while on the phone). I don't turn on the TV until I've done 4-6 hours of work.
Get Creative! Try to think of a creative project for yourself that has no purpose other than creativity and relaxation. Make a daily photo series. Write a poem every day. Practice an instrument (and perform on Facebook Live!). Set a goal for yourself and don't beat yourself up if you don't achieve it. In this case it really is about the journey, not the destination. Just enjoy the process.
