“If I don’t get any symptoms can I still shift?”
100% you can still shift even if you don’t still feel floaty or feel the tingles.
“Do I need a method to shift?”
Nope but methods can help beginners or just people in general to focus and make it somewhat less confusing for others.
“How can I ground myself?”
It’s so easy to freak out like AHHH my s/o is right there, or like “oh my god I cannot wait to journal about my shifting story!!” For me I think about something that stresses me out in my DR (example, Did I finish my Potions homework?) because I personally think that stress makes you completely zero in on the that thing. (if that makes sense)
“Can I move during my shifting attempt?”
Absolutely! If your wrist feels itchy or something like that maybe your pillow is uncomfortable you can shift around it won’t affect you unless you let it affect you.
“How can I only shift at the end of my method?”
You can’t only shift at the end you can shift whenever during your method. Some people even shift on accident which is completely fine. You want to be at the edge of your seat throughout the shifting attempt like you’re anticipating the shift whenever. Thinking you can only shift at the end is kind of a limiting belief especially if your doubts increase when youre drifting off to sleep during your shifting attempt.
