This section is designed to help you get the most out of Crittiks with practical shortcuts, best-practice methods, and workflow optimizations tailored to every role. Whether you're a Super Admin managing multiple clients, an Admin coordinating projects, a Team Member executing creative tasks, a Guest collaborating temporarily, or a Client reviewing work -these tips will guide you toward a smoother, more efficient experience.
Turn every client brief into a task list
Paste the full brief → run the AI task generator → review & tweak deadlines.
Use it as a first draft, not a final version.
Use AI to catch what you forgot
After adding your manual tasks, run the AI task generator again and see what extra tasks it suggests (like QA, final export, caption proofing).
Turn bullet points into client-friendly descriptions
Add rough bullet points → use AI description generator → send that as the official task description or client-facing summary.
Pre-fill info before sending to client
Add what you already know (brand name, socials, website), then send the form so the client only fills gaps → faster onboarding.
Use it as your “single source of truth”
Whenever there’s confusion (logo, brand colours, tone, goals), your team checks the onboarding form first – not old WhatsApp chats.
Tag all key onboarding answers in notes
Important parts (brand voice, target audience, no-go topics) can be turned into pinned notes on the client profile for quick reference.
Refresh it before big retainers or renewals
Once a year or before a new contract, resend / update the onboarding form to capture new goals, offers, or product updates.
Use clear labels for approval status
Example: “Draft”, “Sent for Approval”, “Approved”, “Needs Changes”.
This makes it easy for clients to see what’s stuck.
Add all key info in one view
Make sure each post has: platform, caption, visual reference, posting time.
Clients approve faster when they don’t need to ask extra questions.
Use @mentions instead of WhatsApp for decisions
Tag clients or team members directly on tasks/posts so all approvals and comments stay inside Crittiks, not scattered across apps.
Create a habit: “Clear Mentions Daily”
Before logging off, your team checks the Mentions tab and clears everything → no missed feedback.
Map each project to the right client contact
For big clients with multiple stakeholders, assign their marketing manager to ads, their content lead to socials, etc.
This keeps feedback clean and specific.
Use reps to control access
Only attach the relevant client reps to each project so they see what matters to them and don’t get overwhelmed.
