Use this space to plan out your tasks and when you will do it so that you can stay on track. There’s no panic deciding which task you’re going to do today. You’re too busy for that! Plan ahead…you’ve got this!

This uses the Pomodoro technique where you work solidly for 25 mins and then take a 5 min break. Make sure to stand up and move around. Try not to use your break as scrolling or phone time! Go drink some water and have a stretch!

I 100% believe in you! There’s zero pressure. Life happens so if you do happen to miss a day, don’t give up. Try to catch up where ever you can. But remember this is about having fun and getting our little baby toes back on the ground.
