<aside> 📷 We've carefully designed Lander processes and structures not to require showing up every day. If you want to take the day off, do it. You should be able to perform your role from anywhere anyway if you're anyone except a photographer for the Gallery, so feel free to travel too. :P

<aside> 🕓 You don't have to request time off, we don't pay you for your time unless you're in a temporary hourly-rate exploratory phase. Do what you feel. If you've made commitments or agreements you need to adjust, please do that with a reasonable amount of lead time for other people involved.
