Tierna Tours - Terms & Conditions

Tierna Tours is operated by Dylan Tierney. Contact: dylantierney300@gmail.com. These terms apply to all bookings.

Refund policy: Full refund upon cancellation up to 14 days before the tour. 50% refund 7–14 days before. No refund within 7 days of the tour.
Minimum numbers: Tour requires a minimum of 10 passengers to operate. If the minimum is not met by 14 days before, the tour will be cancelled and full refunds issued.
Cancellation by Tierna Tours: Tierna Tours reserves the right to cancel due to severe weather, driver illness, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In such cases, customers receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Itinerary changes: Tierna Tours reserves the right to modify the itinerary if conditions require. Substitutions of equivalent quality will be offered.

By booking, you confirm you are in good health and able to participate in moderate walking and (optional) swimming. Please disclose any medical conditions affecting safe participation at least 7 days before the tour.
Swimming is optional and undertaken entirely at the participant's own risk. Tierna Tours does not provide lifeguard services. Participants must follow the guide's safety instructions. A swim waiver will be shared and signed before the tour begins.
Tierna Tours is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Outdoor environment: Tours take place in woodland and coastal terrain where insect bites, including tick bites, are possible. Participants are advised to wear long trousers and closed footwear, use insect repellent if desired, and check for ticks after the tour. Tierna Tours is not liable for insect or tick bites. Guidance will be provided on the day.

Punctuality: The bus departs promptly at 4:30 pm on 4th July from An Tairseach, Wicklow town. Tierna Tours cannot delay departure for late arrivals.
What's included: Private bus transport, tea, snacks in the forest, a two-course dinner with non-alcoholic drinks (tea, coffee, water, soft drinks), and guiding throughout the day.
What's not included: Alcoholic drinks at lunch, gratuities, travel insurance, swimwear and towels.
Bring your own: Swimwear and a towel if you’d like an optional swim.
Dietary requirements: Must be confirmed at booking. Changes within 7 days of the tour cannot be guaranteed by our partner restaurant.
Age: Tours are for adults aged 18 and over.
