Our ticket system makes it easy for players to get help directly from staff. When you open a ticket, you’ll be prompted with a few quick questions so we can understand your request and respond faster.

The ticket system is found in the #support channel

Available Ticket Types:

• General Support – Ask questions or request assistance with anything server-related.
• Bug Report – Report glitches, errors, or issues you’ve found in-game so we can fix them.
• Player Report – Let us know if another player is breaking rules or causing problems.

Once submitted, your ticket will be sent to our staff team for review. We’ll reply as soon as possible and keep you updated until it’s resolved.

To access all of our channels on the server, you will have to verify your account with your minecraft profile. This can be done by typing /verify while playing on the server and then typing the 4-digit code on the #new-comers channel. If you send the correct code, you will be able to access all of our channels.
