• First Priority: Use Notion Forms to track attendance for members during afterschool meetings, we could even use iPads to track attendance. Also make an excuse form for members.
• Second Priority: Change the strike reset date to be 3 months instead of 1 month strike punishments:
  • 1 Strike: Have to aid in extra activities, like looking at sponsors, coming up with social media ideas, learning CAD, cart cleaning.
  • 2 Strikes: Ask Mr.Carrillo
  • 3 Strikes: Benching
• Third Priority: Convey these changes to members on Friday.
• We need to work on getting the winter break CAD course ready for members
• Idea for second semester schedule afterschool meetings:
  • Monday, Thursday, Friday
  • Till 4:45
• We could also add people that are around the team helping with social media, outreach, etc, but are not technically apart of the team
• Its best to email the solid works company to find the terms and conditions first, incase we just wanted to utilize the PC’s they would give us.
