  1. Flag will be cradled in the arms pointing towards your left. On 1, your left foot will be popped, you will extend the flag out to the left and move your hip out, mirroring the motion of the flag.
  2. Repeat for 1 for a second hip bump/flag point in same position
  3. Point flag down at an angle, switch to popping your right foot, and extend flag out to and move hips out to left
  4. Repeat 3 for a second hip bump/flag point in same position
