This is the main question of this doctoral thesis related to a double PhD degree program between the University of São Paulo School of Architecture and Urbanism (FAU USP, Brazil) and the IUAV University of Venice (IUAV, Italy), with support of the FAPESP – São Paulo Research Foundation (grant DR 2018/03383-1 and BEPE 2021/10314-9).
