Whilst we started out with two available programmes, these evolved as the situation developed.
As the pandemic unfolded, we followed our own best practice and iterated not only as the wider context / environment evolved, but also as we learned more about users’ changing needs.
As part of the programme development, we brought in an equity and inclusion partner to ensure that all opportunities were as accessible and equitable as possible, and a network learning partner in order to help us evaluate and learn from our progress.
