The Swan Book, Carpentaria, and The Sea and the Summer are major novels in the area. Wright's novels offer an indigenous perspective, Turner's offer a marxist fore-telling of the conflict between employed and unemployed. They represent the Indigenous and Marxist imagination. Missing obvious works of Australian Climate Fiction, such as Clade. The exploration of climate change narratives seems to exclude Science Fiction works.
