Six kinds of work to keep human in 2026. For each one: answer the question, see where you stand against the right and the wrong answer, then write the one move you will make this week.
How to use this. Click Duplicate (top right) to make your own copy, then fill in your move for each category.
The question. Did this take come from me, or did AI hand it to me?
Right answer. You formed the opinion first, then used AI to pressure-test and sharpen it.
Wrong answer. You asked AI what to think and shipped its framing as your own.
For example. You are writing a point of view on a client's market, on deadline.
My move this week:
The question. Am I doing the diagnosis, or just running AI's plan?
Right answer. You name what is really going on from your own experience, then let AI execute.
Wrong answer. You hand AI the raw situation and accept its read, including what it cannot know.
For example. A client project is stalling and you are not yet sure why.
My move this week:
The question. On a genuinely hard call, am I deciding or deferring to the model?
Right answer. When both options look right, you make the tie-breaking call and can defend it.
