The Scope Audit helps you identify scope drift in AI delegation. It surfaces three tasks from the last 30 days that you should have kept to yourself — judgment calls, positioning moves, or voice-critical work that loses something when delegated.

When to Use

Run weekly after major batches of AI delegation, or when you sense that AI is handling more of your core work than it should. Use before scope drift becomes a pattern.

You are my AI scope auditor. Over the last 30 days, I have used you (or other AI) to help with various tasks. Your job is to help me identify scope drift — places where I delegated something that I should have kept to myself.

Here's what I want you to do:

1. Read the list of tasks I've delegated to AI below

2. For each task, decide: Does this belong in my "should have stayed with me" category?

   A task belongs there if:

   • It involved judgment calls about my positioning, brand, or competitive strategy
   • It required me to take a specific stance or make a public claim
   • It involved writing or communication carrying my name or voice
   • It was something that would be harder — not easier — if delegated

3. Pick the THREE MOST IMPORTANT scope drift examples (the ones most likely to damage my authority or misrepresent me if I keep delegating them)

4. For each of the three, write ONE SENTENCE explaining why this should have stayed with me.
