6 tracks to support your journey and return to self, use alongside the Listening Ritual for integration and remembering.


When to Use

⚠️ Do not listen while driving or operating heavy machinery — these tracks can invite deep relaxation and drowsiness.


How to Use

  1. Set the scene — Choose a space where you can be uninterrupted.
  2. Arrive in your body — Take a few slow breaths until you feel present.
  3. Release active listening — Whispers, light language, and sound textures are designed to bypass the thinking mind. Let the experience wash over you rather than analysing it. Option to play at low volume ( barely audibly) to minimise active listening.
  4. Stay present or near-sleep — Many find a near-sleep state deepens the effects, allowing the body to fully receive.
  5. Hydrate — Drink water afterwards to support integration, as you would after a Reiki session, yoga, or deep meditation.
