• 🧀 Creating Leverage: look for professions and careers where the inputs and outputs are highly disconnected or uncorrelated; tools, creativity and capital help create leverage

• values aligned humans and directional ideas > the perfect idea
• shipping continuously beats analysis paralysis in terms of getting ideas out in the wild, losing momentum, not picking and trying ideas because all the reasons they're (or we're) not good enough
