First, you’ll have a video or telephone interview with one from the founding team - a chat about you, the role, and your background. We’ll like to understand what motivates you, and why you are excited to join, and we both get a feel for whether we believe this is a match.
The second interview will be a more technical interview with our team members. Here we’ll focus on the hard skills, and might do a case, or pair-programming so that you get to feel what it might be like being part of our team.
You will be one of the first people outside of the founding team. As a final interview step, we will do a group chat where we all get to know each other before we embark on this journey together.
We will try to act as fast as possible, as we know how daunting it can be to be in a recruitment process. From your second interview to an offer, it will be a maximum of 10 days. More likely within 3 days, although this can sometimes take a little longer if multiple candidates are interviewing for the same role. Feel free to follow up with the people you’ve spoken to and reach out with any questions you may have.
