From the depth of the NFT bear market, The OpenDAO $SOS airdrop rose. There was much doubts, FUD and criticism.
“What is The OpenDAO?”
“How can The OpenDAO command such a large market capitalisation when they have nothing to show?”
“Is this a rugpull?”
“How can a project not have a roadmap or whitepaper and have such a high market capitalisation?”
It was a “lightning in the bottle” moment. There is much need for The OpenDAO.
When the $SOS token dropped, it captured the imagination of crypto twitter for at least a full week. The whole community was set ablaze and twitter spaces buzzed with energy.
The enthusiasm and FUD was palpable.
Many people showed up at the doors, bringing many ideas. Eventually a council was forged. The core team of the most committed builders.
