They are the first character the Soul meets in Nowhere Yet.
They appear as a person, but lack any facial features.
Nothing is known about their personality (and if there is any), they just stare.
None.
Serves as an dialogue NPC.
Appears at Nowhere Yet at the start of the area. When the Soul encounters them, they don’t face the Soul, but when the Soul interacts with them, talks to them or gets too close, they face the Soul with Stare’s eyes flickering for a short moment and then they just keep staring.
