15 minutes. No code. Autonomous after setup.

This is the install kit Matt Berman uses to print 11 million views in 28 days for his agency clients. Every Monday at 7am before standup, his system has already pulled the prior week's viral outliers, mapped the hook patterns, and dropped branded concepts per client into Slack – while everyone's still asleep.

He productized it. He's now reselling the workflow to nine-figure brands.

Here's the install kit, friction-free.

What you'll have when you're done

A scheduled marketing agent that runs every weekday at 7am, pulls the top viral videos in your niche from the last 24 hours, maps their hook patterns, scores the outliers, and drops a ready-to-ship brief into your inbox or Slack.

You don't open anything. You don't scroll. You don't paste prompts. The agent ships while you sleep.

Step 1: Setup prompt for Claude Desktop

Drop this into a fresh Claude Desktop conversation. Claude handles the whole install – generates your Virlo API key, configures the MCP server, verifies the connection. You don't touch a config file. You don't write a line of code.

Hey Claude – I want to install the Virlo MCP so you can pull short-form
video data, hook patterns, and creator outliers across TikTok, Instagram,
and YouTube.

Walk me through:
1. Going to dev.virlo.ai/?via=organic, creating an account, and generating
an API key on the dashboard.
2. Configuring the Virlo MCP server inside Claude Desktop using the URL
<https://dev.virlo.ai/api/mcp/mcp> and the API key I just generated.
3. Restarting Claude Desktop so the MCP loads.
4. Running a quick test query to confirm the connection works (try pulling
the trending videos from the last 24 hours).

Once that's done, confirm you can see the 30 Virlo tools and we'll move
to the daily research prompts.

Paste it. Follow the steps Claude gives you. You're done with config in under 5 minutes.

Heads-up on pricing: the Virlo MCP runs on the API, which uses base pricing - $10 minimum to spin up. The front-end free trial is a separate product and doesn't include MCP access. To run this install kit autonomously, you need the API, not the free trial.

Step 2: Matt's 3 daily research prompts

Once the MCP is live, drop these into Claude as 3 separate daily tasks. Each one runs against the data layer and returns sharp outputs – not slop.

Prompt 1: Hook analysis

Pull the top 20 viral TikTok videos in [YOUR NICHE] from the last 24
hours, sorted by virality score. For each video:

- Pull the spoken hook (the first 3 seconds of the transcript)
- Pull any text overlay shown in the same 3 seconds
- Classify the hook archetype (curiosity gap / pattern interrupt /
identity callout / contrarian claim / proof drop / social proof / etc.)
- Score hook strength 1-10 based on how immediately it stops a scroll

Output a ranked table. Top 5 = my candidate hooks for this week.

Prompt 2: Beat structure
