These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding legal agreement between Silverback Holdings, LLC d/b/a The Long Game (“TLG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you regarding your access to and use of the applications, websites, competitive leagues, analytics, scoring, health integrations, and related services provided by TLG.

Your use of the Services constitutes acceptance of these Terms and all policies incorporated herein, including:

• TLG Privacy Policy
• TLG Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy (CHD Policy)
• In-app consent screens and disclosures

You must be 18 or older, and a U.S. resident, to use the Services.

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 TLG is a wellness and longevity platform offering analytics, competitive leagues, and composite metrics such as the TLG Score and HRV Recovery Index.

1.2 TLG does not provide medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.

1.3 Using the Services constitutes agreement to these Terms.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1 You must be 18 years or older.

2.2 The Services are intended for U.S. users only.

2.3 You may not use the Services where prohibited by law.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

3.1 You must provide accurate and complete account information.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

3.3 You must notify TLG immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
