We are thrilled to announce that after a couple of months working with The Landing on a freelance basis, Micah Carroll is joining the team as our first full-time design hire!

Micah’s design background involves dashboard tools, Instagram brand content, and various other areas. He’s heavily involved within the mindfulness and wellness community — posting content around the web and looking to bring bits and pieces of it into his daily life. Below is one of his most recent Landing boards featuring some of the books he’s looking forward to diving into (or re-reading) by the end of 2021.

Micah’s deep belief in The Landing’s mission and our core values, and his eagerness to build from an early stage has the whole team stoked to have him on board. He’s “excited to join The Landing for its female-founded team and the initiatives to bring diversity in tech and the platforms we create. With the platform creating space for all walks of life to create and explore within a safe environment.”

We are SO thrilled to welcome Micah to The Landing family, and he’s already making such a huge impact to our velocity on the Product side of the house. We are looking forward to continuing to build out our growing team, and are currently hiring for a dynamic and experienced Product Design Lead to join us in a full-time remote capacity.
