3. Monthly Coaching Program.
- After the first call we will set up our monthly call schedule.
- In the first 2-3 weeks, we typically focus on reactive coaching: resolving urgent challenges and “putting out fires.”
- After that, we shift to proactive coaching, developing a structured training plan based on my assessment, 360° feedback, and patterns identified from earlier sessions.
