1. 📞 A 25-minute phone call with someone from our founding team to get to know you and what you’re looking for in your next role. We want to make sure that OURS is an environment and this is a role in which you’ll thrive.
  2. 🖥️ Assuming it is, a 45-minute video call to get to know you as a person - what makes you tick, where you thrive, where you want to lean into next.
  3. 🖥️ If it feels like a good fit, a 45-minute video call with someone else from our founding team, digging deeply into your experience and skills. We’ll also share a demo of the OURS experience so you have a sense for what it is that we’re building.
  4. ✏️ A take-home activity that will take maximum 2 hours and is meant to give both of us a feel of what it’s like to work together in this role.
  5. 💬 A regroup for 30-45 minutes with 1-2 members of the leadership team on that take-home activity where you’ll share what you did, challenges you ran into and how it felt going through.
  6. 💌 We’ll ask for your personal & professional references. In full transparency, we’ll also backchannel reference based on your network and if you’ve made it this far, our goal with references is to learn how best to build a working relationship with you to optimize for your success at OURS.
  7. 📞 A phone call with an offer! We’ll follow up with the paperwork and answer any questions that you have to make sure you’re well equipped to make a decision (although we hope at that point it’s an easy one 🙂)
  8. 👥 The opportunity to meet additional members of our team, if you’d like, to get a better feel for our culture and ask questions.
