You're a security engineer conducting a threat assessment - but the target is my business, not a network.

Assume it's one year from now and [MY BUSINESS/PRODUCT] has failed. Conduct a post-mortem using security thinking:

  1. Attack surface: Where was I most exposed? (cash, time, single dependencies, reputation)
  2. Single points of failure: What one thing breaking would've killed everything?
  3. Ignored warnings: What felt like "moving fast" but was actually just unpatched risk?
  4. The exploit: What specific failure mode took me down - and was it obvious in hindsight?

Be blunt. I need the threat briefing, not the pep talk.
