It was the following day on this longer hunt trip of Rihnn's. He was mostly out here to quell the bandersnatch numbers but there hadn't been any luck in finding any, and so he settled on a stag or two instead to harvest for skins and meat. He was always one to use every part of the animal, and his food stores at home were starting to dwindle.

The previous evening was still occupying his mind. More so than he wanted it to. Rihnn could still feel Yazka's lips brushing his. It made him curse to himself often, almost getting a bit angry that he couldn't ignore it all. Was it wise to humor him in return? Or was he also just as curious? Grabbing him so forcefully like that like he was desperate to feel that fire in his belly once more, wanting a real kiss. This man that had come at the behest of Vrtra only to get on his nerves and ask him twenty questions every week he visited. It more than irritated him at the beginning, but now... he was beginning to get used to the little lion's presence around. The days when Yazka stayed behind in Tailfeather and didn't accompany him always felt oddly quieter. It was a nice reprieve for the first couple of months, being more than annoyed at someone dogging his heels and attempting to strike up a conversation. It was strange for a man who has lived in solitude for so long... Perhaps the ice was beginning to thaw.

The sun was beginning to set on the horizon of the Forelands, but thankfully it had not hit autumn yet. The evenings were still a bit long and warmer than normal. Though, the cooler months would be upon them swiftly. Rihnn balanced himself on his knees at their camp and by a fire pit he just created, adding the finishing touches of starting a fire so they could cook their dinner. Yazka and himself were at a new campsite than the previous night.
