The Faithbound Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

Welcome to The Faithbound, a local multiplayer card-based deduction game developed by Night7 Team. By downloading, installing, or using The Faithbound on your Apple TV or iPhone ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Terms of Use

1.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use The Faithbound, as per the App Store age rating. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

1.2 License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. The App is designed for local multiplayer gameplay, using an Apple TV for the game map and iPhones for individual card decks.

1.3 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with its intended functionality. You may not:

• Modify, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Use the App to engage in harmful, offensive, or illegal activities.
• Attempt to bypass any security or access restrictions.

1.4 Intellectual Property

All content, including text, graphics, and code within The Faithbound, is owned by Night7 Team or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

1.5 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, you must cease using the App.
