Here's the exact sequence we use for website visitors:

Go to the Campaigns page in SalesRobot.

Click on “I’m an advanced user”, and add a CSV file (any will do.)

Your list will get automatically updated via the workflow.

Now set up your sequence, we used this:

Message 1: LinkedIn Connection Request

[Blank connection request - no message]

Why blank? Connection requests without custom messages have higher acceptance rates.

Message 2: Email (2 days later)

Subject: just looking?

Hi [First Name], I noticed you visited our website recently. Just looking? 

Or do you want to evaluate how SalesRobot can help you get more customers using LinkedIn/ cold email? 

Let me know either way.

Message 3: LinkedIn Message (1 hour after the last step)

Hi {{firstName}}, I noticed you visited our website. Just browsing? 

Or do you want to evaluate how SalesRobot can help you get more customers using LinkedIn?
