Connecting your work to your purpose
I created the EGW journal when I was tired of going through the motions at work. I felt I needed a space for myself to reflect on what matters in my work and check in on my alignment with my goals/purpose.
By sharing it, I am hoping that it will be that space for you too. My desire is that in the end, when we look back on our lives, it will be with the pride of knowing that we lived aligned with our values, doing and giving our best.
