The data register is one of the key aspects of the minimum infrastructure for a national collection that the project is interested in exploring. The idea is that the national collections data register (better name wanted…) will act as a place to record the existence of a collection, archive, dataset that is available to be used as part of the national collection.

An experimental Wikibase cloud instance has been set up and can be accessed via the link below. This is a throw away version, so feel free to go in and experiment. Once a set of properties and items have been agreed upon, we can look to set up a new version to experiment with in Bradford.
