1. SOUL.md — Kill the ChatGPT Voice

• Create SOUL.md — agent's full personality
• Define vocabulary, tone, decision framework, communication style
• Custom vocab — apps are "forged", bugs are "hollows", revenue is "estus"
• Anti-slop standards — list what NOT to say (no "dive into", no "leverage")
• Bake in UI/UX standards — animations, mobile-first, micro-interactions
• If it sounds like ChatGPT, your SOUL.md isn't strong enough

2. IDENTITY.md — Chain of Command

• Defines WHAT the agent is and WHO it answers to
• Ours: Hari = founder, Midir = CEO/builder, Andre = scout
• Prevents role confusion in multi-agent setups

3. USER.md — Teach It About You

• Your background, platforms, audience, niche, revenue
• What you need + what you DON'T want
• Communication preferences, schedule, deal-breakers
• Write once → reads on boot → never repeat yourself
