1. Pricing & Payments

• All services have fixed, transparent pricing as listed on our website.
• A 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the balance due upon completion.
• Payments are accepted via [list methods: Stripe, Contra].
• Hosting, domains, and third-party assets (fonts, stock media) are billed separately at cost.

2. Revisions & Satisfaction

• We include Unlimited revisions within the original project scope.
• If you’re unsatisfied, we’ll work tirelessly to make it right—but refunds are only issued if we fail to deliver as agreed.

3. Project Timeline

• Timelines are confirmed after your consultation. Rush projects may require a 20% fee.
• Delays caused by client feedback will extend the deadline accordingly.

4. Intellectual Property

• You own full rights to final deliverables (logos, designs, code) after final payment.
• We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio and marketing (unless an NDA is signed).
• Third-party assets (e.g., fonts, templates) may have licensing restrictions.

5. Confidentiality

• All client information is kept strictly confidential.
• We’re happy to sign NDAs upon request.

6. Cancellation

• 10% of the deposits are non-refundable (they cover initial work).
