“Speed doesn’t come from typing faster—it comes from removing chaos. When you fix the system, the features ship themselves.” — Siddhant Saini
1️⃣ The Pain (Before)
- Bugs lost in endless Skype chats.
- No categories, no priorities—everything was “urgent.”
- Customers got late responses, devs got frustrated, and features crawled to release.
👉 Result? Just 3 new features in a few months.
2️⃣ The Breakthrough
We didn’t “work harder.”
We built a bridge between Support and Devs → a system that captured bugs, tagged them, tracked them, and killed them faster.
Then we moved the entire workflow to Jira, where:
- Every customer issue had a ticket with clear details
- Every bug got a status (open, in-progress, fixed)
- Features + bugs + roadmap lived in one place
- Sprint planning became data-driven, not gut-driven
3️⃣ The After (Results)
- Support stopped being a “complaint box” → became a signal system
- Devs knew exactly what to solve, when, and why
