The 3 M's Framework

  1. Movement – Get your body moving. It doesn't have to be a full workout—stretching, a quick walk, or even some light yoga counts. Movement energizes you and signals to your body that it's time to engage.
  2. Mindfulness – Start with presence. Whether it's meditation, deep breathing, or simply sitting in silence, give yourself a few minutes to ground yourself before the chaos of the day begins.
  3. Mindset – Set your intention. What do you want to accomplish today? How do you want to show up? This simple act of intentionality can transform your entire day.

How to Practice the 3 M's

  1. Movement – Get your body moving as soon as your feet hit the ground. Try 100 jumping jacks, go for a quick 10-minute run, or follow a 10-minute workout on a free app like FitOn. Pick something easy that works for you!
  2. Mindfulness – Name one thing you are grateful for. Take a moment to really feel that gratitude and let it set a positive tone for your day.
  3. Mindset – Identify the number one thing you want to achieve today. If you do nothing else, what's the one thing that would make today a success?
