TFDP offers individual assistance for the following problems:

• Driver's license recovery - If a client's license was suspended and they are not able to afford the reinstatement fees, TFDP will help clients apply to have the fee waived.
• Assistance with clearing a criminal record - A record can affect an individual's life for years, from seeking employment to applying for housing. TFDP can help with expunging or sealing a client's record if the client qualifies.
• Help with minor offense criminal debt, e.g. speeding, jaywalking, driving without insurance
• Probation assistance
