Working solo can be lonely.

You sign up to working from home, staring at a screen for 8 hours a day, dreaming of a slither of meaningful conversation through a webcam camera.

Ultimately, it’s your responsibility to find that inner circle of people.

Those who share your dreams, ambitions, hardships and vulnerabilities.

A mini-board of directors to call on in times of stress and accountability.

I found just that this weekend.

21 people from all walks of life. In a farmhouse on the border of Wales.

3 days of hiking, yoga, breathwork, team games and meaningful conversation together.

I laughed. I smiled. And I cried.

This is “community”.

It’s what I have been searching for in my 3 years of business.

The ones you can laugh with until you cry.

The ones who say they are there, and mean it.

The ones you can be your most authentic self around.

The ones you can talk to for hours and feel deeply understood.

The right people are out there.

You just have to find them.
