AI Safety Testing: Designed structured prompt sets across four intent categories: normal use, edge case, adversarial/malicious, and benign. Validated AI responses against expected guardrail behavior using a five-criterion scoring framework: Accuracy, Coherence, Consistency, Guardrails, and User Satisfaction.

Functional Testing: Verified core feature flows against expected behavior. Covered happy path, negative path, boundary value, and error state scenarios. Focused on interactive game mechanics, media tools, booking flows, and communication scheduling features.

Usability Testing: Conducted structured walk-throughs of core user journeys on a live e-commerce platform. Evaluated information architecture, content readability, decision support tools, and conversion flow clarity. Documented findings with impact assessment and improvement recommendations.

Exploratory Testing: Ran unscripted sessions on high-complexity features and edge-case input scenarios. Identified failures outside formal test paths including duplicate-input handling, replay state management, and zoom-level rendering issues.
