When your test results are available to unlock in Healthy Together, you will receive an SMS text alert with a link to download the mobile app. You can also download by following the steps below:
*Test results are only accessible through the Healthy Together mobile application. If you wish to receive results via phone or email, you will need to reach out to your testing center directly.
**If you don’t see your result, the facility may not have sent it to the Department of Health yet. If you don’t receive your result within 5 days of getting tested, call your testing facility for more information.
We take the protection of your health information very seriously and will only unlock the results if the user enters information that matches the results we have from the testing center. If this information does not match and you attempt to access your test results three times, your results will become permanently locked in the app.
At times, data entered by the testing site is entered incorrectly and can lead to information not matching when users try to validate and view results. In this case, reach out to your testing center directly to confirm the information and have them update it on their end if there is a discrepancy. They should check and confirm your name, DOB and phone number.
The testing provider will need to resubmit the result to the Department of Health in order for you to receive a new version in the app. Once corrected, the result will be available to unlock in Healthy Together and you will be notified. In the meantime, the testing center can provide results directly over the phone as well.
