All weather data displayed in TerraSky is provided exclusively by Apple Weather via the WeatherKit API. TerraSky acts as a client of WeatherKit and does not modify or collect this data beyond what is needed to present forecasts.

3. No Personal Data Collection

TerraSky does not collect, transmit, or store any personally identifiable information (PII). We do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking services.

4. Data Security

Since TerraSky does not retain personal or location data, there is minimal risk of data exposure. Location data is processed only temporarily to obtain weather information and is not stored or shared.

5. User Consent

By using TerraSky, you consent to the use of location services strictly for retrieving weather data via WeatherKit. You can revoke location permissions anytime through your device settings.
