1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Pulse application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms also serve as the End User License Agreement (EULA) for the App.

2. Description of Service

Pulse is an AI-assisted news and market intelligence application that provides AI-generated summaries, sentiment analysis, and briefings based on publicly available news and market data sources. The App is for informational purposes only and does not require an account to use.

3. Not Financial or Professional Advice

The content provided by Pulse — including market analysis, trader insights, sentiment indicators, and news summaries — does NOT constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional advice. All information is generated by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies, errors, or omissions. You should not make any financial or investment decision based solely on information provided by the App. Cryptocurrency and markets are volatile and carry risk. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

4. AI-Generated Content

All news summaries, sentiment analyses, and briefings in Pulse are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Pulse does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content, and is not responsible for any errors or omissions.

5. Subscriptions

The App is free to use; certain features require a paid subscription ("PulseBrief Pro"). Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The App itself — its software, design, graphics, and the original AI-generated summaries and presentation — is the property of Pulse and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without prior written consent. Underlying news headlines, articles, source links, and market data referenced or linked in the App remain the property of their respective publishers and data providers. Pulse claims no ownership of third-party news or data and provides links and brief summaries for informational purposes.
