These Terms of Use(hereinafter referred to as the "Terms of Use") stipulate the matters that must be observed by the business operator using the Service (defined in Article 2) provided by Colere Inc.(hereinafter referred to as "Company") and the rights and obligations between the Company and such business operator.

There is any discrepancy between the English version and the Japanese version, the Japanese version shall prevail.

Article 1 Applicable.

  1. The purpose of this Agreement is to define the rights and obligations between the Company and the Client (as defined in Article 2) regarding the use of the Service, and shall apply to all relationships between the Client and the Company regarding the use of the Service. 2.
  2. Rules, regulations, etc. posted by the Company regarding the Service shall constitute a part of these Terms of Use.

Article 2 Definitions

As used in this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below.

  1. "Respondent" means an individual who answers a question displayed on the Service.
  2. “Evaluation Data" means graphs and other data presented by analyzing the results of respondents' answers to questions displayed on the Service.
  3. “Intellectual Property Rights" means copyrights, patents, utility model rights, trademarks, design rights, and other intellectual property rights (including the right to acquire such rights or to apply for registration of such rights).
  4. "Our Website" means the website of the Company, whose domain is cue.colere.inc (in the event that the domain or content of our website is changed for any reason, including the website after such change).
  5. “Prospective registrant" means a "Prospective registrant" as defined in Article 3.
  6. “Registered Information" means the "Registration Information" as defined in Article 3.
  7. “Registered User" means an individual who has registered an account on the Service in accordance with Article 3.
  8. "Service" means the evaluation data service provided by the Company under the name "Cue" that supports the development of management skills and the building and improvement of relationships with trust with team members through mobile applications and web services (if the name or content of the service is changed for any reason, the new service will be included).

Article 3 Registration.

  1. The Prospective Registrant may apply to register to use the Service by agreeing to abide by these Terms of Use and providing the Company with certain information as determined by the Company ("Registration Information").
  2. An application for registration must be made by an individual who will use the Service, and application for registration by a proxy is not permitted. In addition, when applying for registration, the applicant must provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information to the Company.

Article 4 Use of the Service

  1. The Service may analyze the results of respondents' responses, create evaluation data, and display it to registered users and respondents on the Service.
