1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Weather AI ("the App"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the App and delete it from your device.
2. Description of Service Weather AI is a weather-based outfit recommendation application that uses artificial intelligence to suggest personalized clothing based on real-time and forecasted weather conditions, your gender, age range, and style preferences. The App offers weather forecasts, AI-generated outfit suggestions, daily AI scenarios, streak-based rewards, theme customization, multi-language support, widgets, Live Activities, and a referral program.
3. Eligibility You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App.
4. User Account & Data The App does not require account registration. All user data — including preferences, profile information (gender, age range, style preferences), streaks, rewards, and saved outfits — is stored locally on your device.
5. Subscriptions & Payments 5.1 Weather AI Pro — unlocks unlimited AI generations, extended forecasts, premium themes, exclusive avatars, and other premium content. 5.2 Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation. 5.3 Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. 5.4 Manage/cancel via Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions. 5.5 Refunds: contact Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com. 5.6 Free Trial: if offered, converts to paid subscription unless cancelled 24 hours before trial ends. 5.7 We reserve the right to change pricing.
6. Free Tier & Usage Limits The free version provides a limited number of AI generations per day, resetting at midnight local time. Premium subscribers enjoy unlimited generations.
7. AI-Generated Content 7.1 AI recommendations are for informational and entertainment purposes only. 7.2 Not professional fashion, health, or safety advice. 7.3 We do not guarantee accuracy or reliability of any AI recommendation. 7.4 Recommendations are personalized based on your profile data and weather conditions. 7.5 AI-generated content is for your personal, non-commercial use only.
8. Weather Data Weather data is sourced from Open-Meteo and provided "as is." For critical decisions, consult official meteorological services.
9. Rewards & Gamification • Points and rewards have no monetary value. • Points cannot be exchanged, transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash. • Referral rewards are subject to verification. • We may modify, reset, or discontinue the rewards system at any time. • Abuse (fake referrals, streak manipulation) may result in reset or suspension.
10. Intellectual Property All content, features, design, trademarks, and code are the exclusive property of Weather AI.
11. Prohibited Conduct • No unlawful or fraudulent use • No bypassing subscription or usage limits • No reverse-engineering • No automated scripts or bots • No fake referrals Violations may result in immediate termination.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
13. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEATHER AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
14. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Weather AI and its developers from any claims arising from your use of the App.
15. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms.
16. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is established.
17. Severability If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
18. Changes to Terms We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
