By downloading, installing, or using the Kindly mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Kindly is a gratitude journaling application that allows users to record daily moments of gratitude through text, photos, and videos. The App may offer both free and premium subscription features.
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Some features of the App require a paid subscription. Subscription plans and pricing are displayed within the App.
Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's store settings.
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.
