PAYMENT

• Payments are accepted through Paypal. Mostly USD.
• I do not accept prepayments. All customers will receive the same treatment.

CONDITIONS

• If you place an order I assume that you have read all the terms and conditions.
• I reserve the right to refuse an order. (No explanation)
• Payment must be made after reviewing the first sketch, minimum 50% or 100% upfront. Work will not start before that. If the remaining 50% is not paid, the finished work will not be delivered.
• There are no refunds of the upfront payment if the remaining is not paid. There are no refunds in circumstances of dissatisfaction. Only refunds on works that I can't complete due to external problems.
• You can cancel your order after the sketch and before the payment, but please be considerate and don't do it just because you don't want it anymore and wants another artwork instead, this stole my time and I will not take it pretty good, I will not do another sketch and I will cancel your slot. I understand the other circumstances.
• If you want something that is not included in the commissions sheet, you can ask for it. I don't guarantee the service.
• Only two revisions in sketch will be made, if more changes are required before payment, an extra $5 per revision will be charged. There will be a limit of 5 changes in total; after this, changes will be denied. There is a guarantee of a final free revision for minor changes or errors, for an extra payment I can make big changes. Ask first.
• An extra % will be charged for each alternative drawing you want from every drawing. The price varies depending on the amount of needed re-draw. Ask first. Lineless drawings have no variation.
• Suitable for personal use, credits required. For commercial use there is 30% cost of the total, you may inform me about it.
• I do not give editable files such as psd or clip, only jpeg and transparent png. If you require the editable for job reasons, an extra 50% of the total will be charged.
• All the work done can be shown in my portfolio or social media unless it is explicitly requested like a private / anonymous commission. Please tell me. If you want your drawing to remain private and not be uploaded to my social media, there will be an extra charge of 25% of the total price.
• If you place an order without having read the terms of use and service, I am not responsible for dissatisfaction or claims in my way of working. If you read this first, let me know.

PROCESS-WORK

• There are no limited slots, but orders are taken as a "waitlist". First come first serve, so you must wait your turn for your work to start. There will be no commission priority; each client will have a place that will be respected.
• Please be clear about what you are looking for and provide references! I am not responsible for investigating about what you are asking me for or for doing things wrong because of this issue. If you weren't clear and the pose isn't convincing, the change will be denied. There will also be no "it occurred to me that this could have this" additions. Everything has to be clear from the start.
• The delivery of the work can vary, from 2 to 4 weeks or more once you have paid, depending on the complexity of the order and the amount of pending work, as in real life circumstances.
