By ordering a commission from Shounengirl the client agree to all the terms and conditions below.
Commissions for personal use only (social media posts, use as avatars/banners, prints for personal use, etc). Commercial use (creating merch and prints for sale, use on streams/patreon/busty/advertising) is discussed separately.
The client must credit shounengirl as the artist.
The client must not edit, trace, distribute, modify or claim the commissioned art as their own. The client does not have the right to remove, edit or otherwise alter the artist’s signature.
The client is not permitted to use the commissioned artwork or any part of it in AI technology, blockchain-related technology, NFTs (non-fungible tokens), cryptocurrency, etc. Any use of the artwork for advertising or profit related to AI technology, NFTs or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.
If the client prefers that a commissioned work to be kept private, this must be stated at the time of ordering. Otherwise, the artist reserves the right to publicly present the commissioned artwork in any way the artist chooses. For example: posting on social media, streaming the process of creating the commission, using it as an example commission, featuring it on the artist's website, etc.
If the client commissioned fanart of an existing game/animation/comic series or franchise, the artist reserve the right to sell the artwork, such as prints or art books.
The artist has the right to decline any commission requests.
Payments must be full and upfront, through Hipolink invoice. For clients from Russia bank transfer is possible.
Once the work has been started the artist do not accept refunds unless something happens on their part.
Commissions are not “first-come, first-served”.
The estimated waiting time is 1-4 weeks (depending on the difficulty) from the moment the artist starts working on the commission.
The client must provide references (character illustrations, mood boards, etc.) and a detailed description of their request.
Revisions are available at the sketch stage. Up to 2 major changes (such as pose, perspective, clothing, etc.) can be made. After the commission is complete, only minor changes allowed (small details, text or background colour, hues, etc.)
The client will receive a full resolution JPG or PNG file.
The artist takes requests on Russian and English.
