Welcome to Wandy (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Wandy mobile application (“App”) and any related services provided by us.
By downloading, accessing, or using Wandy, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the App.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content.
Wandy is intended for users of all ages, including children under 13, but certain features may require users to be at least 13 or 18 years old.
By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet any applicable age requirements for specific features.
If you are under 18, you may only use the App with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
To provide core functionality, the App may request access to device features including, but not limited to, location services.
By granting these permissions, you consent to their use as described in our Privacy Policy.
