1.1. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the access and use of Stellar AI (“Stellar AI / App / Services”). By downloading, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, please do not use Stellar AI.
1.2. These Terms apply to Stellar AI available on the Apple App Store.
1.3. Stellar AI is individually owned and operated by Abdul Muiz (“Owner”). These Terms constitute a legal agreement between the Owner and the User.
2.1. Stellar AI is a mobile application that generates AI-powered images presented as the “face of your soulmate.” The content generated is intended for entertainment purposes only and must not be considered relationship advice, psychological guidance, or professional consultation.
2.2. The images and outputs generated are fictional, automatically created by artificial intelligence technologies, and may not always be accurate, reliable, or unique.
2.3. Users agree to use Stellar AI solely for personal entertainment. Any other use, including commercial exploitation, is strictly prohibited.
3.1. Stellar AI currently offers a single monthly subscription. The price is displayed in the App at the time of purchase.
3.2. Payments are processed exclusively through Apple’s in-app purchase system. No payment information is collected or stored by Stellar AI.
3.3. Refunds are subject to Apple’s policies. Users requesting refunds must contact Apple directly. Stellar AI does not process or guarantee refunds independently.
4.1. Stellar AI does not collect or store personal data of Users.
4.2. Since no user-uploaded files, images, or personal information are processed, the scope of privacy obligations is minimal. Users are advised to review Apple’s own privacy practices when using the App.
