By downloading, installing, or using MeowCal ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not

use the App.

2. Description of Service

MeowCal is a calorie tracking application that allows users to log meals, scan food items using AI, and track nutritional intake.

The App includes a pixel cat mascot companion feature.

3. Subscriptions

MeowCal offers auto-renewable subscription plans:

• Weekly Plan — Provides full access to all premium features, billed weekly.

• Annual Plan — Provides full access to all premium features, billed yearly.

Subscriptions include a 3-day free trial for eligible users. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of

purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account

will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by

going to your App Store account settings after purchase.

4. Free Tier

Non-subscribers may use the App with limited functionality, including a limited number of meal logs per day.

5. AI-Powered Features

The App uses artificial intelligence to estimate calorie and nutritional content of food items. These estimates are approximate and
