These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Life in the UK mobile application (the "App") and related services (together, the "Services").

By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Life in the UK is an educational iOS app that helps users prepare for the official Life in the UK Test through practice questions, topic categories, progress tracking, and mock exam simulations.
The App may include practice material, explanations, categories, and study features based on publicly available information, official-format material, and our own educational content. The Services are provided for personal study and educational purposes only.
The App is not an official government service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by GOV.UK, the Home Office, UK Visas and Immigration, or any UK government department or public authority. The App does not book tests, issue official results, provide immigration or legal advice, or guarantee any exam result, citizenship decision, settlement decision, visa status, or official outcome.
Official test information, booking, identity requirements, fees, and policy updates should be checked on GOV.UK: https://www.gov.uk/life-in-the-uk-test.
You may use the Services only if you can legally agree to these Terms. If you are a minor in your country of residence, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use the Services.
The Services are intended for users aged 13 and over. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your use of the Services.
The App uses Firebase Authentication and may allow you to sign in with email/password, Sign in with Apple, or Google Sign-In where available.
The current App experience may require sign-in to use the App, sync progress, access account features, contact support from inside the App, or use Premium entitlement features. Some information may also be cached locally on your device so the App can operate reliably and preserve progress.
You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account unless the activity is caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures.
You may sign out or delete your account from the Profile screen where the feature is available. Account deletion is intended to remove your Firebase account and associated cloud progress data, subject to technical, legal, backup, and provider retention limits.
