Terms of Use for FramePic Service

The purpose of these Terms of Use is to set forth the terms, conditions, and procedures for the use of the mobile application and related services (the “Service”) provided by Stacklog Lab (the “Company” or “FramePic”), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and the User.
Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms of Use is to regulate the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between Stacklog Lab (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “FramePic”) and users, in relation to the use of the FramePic Service provided by the Company.
Article 2 (Definition of Terms)
- “Service” means all services provided by the Company that allow users to capture, edit, and customize photos and videos using terminals (including various wired and wireless devices such as mobile phones and tablets), and to share and download them via QR codes.
- “User” means a customer who uses the Service provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms of Use.
- “Content” means photos, videos, custom frames, text, and all other information or data posted by the User in the Service.
- “In-App Payment” means the act of paying fees through the payment system of a platform provider such as the App Store to use paid services (such as recurring subscriptions or consumables) within the Service.
- “QR Sharing File” means the final result (photo or video file) generated by the User using the QR sharing function.
Article 3 (Effectiveness and Modification of Terms)
- These Terms shall be effective for all users who wish to use the Service.
- The Company may amend these Terms within the scope of not violating the relevant laws and regulations.
- If the Company revises the Terms, it shall specify the effective date and the reason for the revision and notify the current version of the Terms, along with the effective date and reason for amendment, through a notice within the Service or a linked screen at least 7 days prior to the effective date.
- If the User does not express their intention to refuse within 30 days from the date of notification of the revised terms, he/she shall be deemed to have agreed to the changed terms.
